Hey girls :)

Just a short post hehe

I wanted to show you a photo that I took while I was in Bali. I was walking around Kuta and came across this group of lovely dressed people, in Balinese clothing of course :) Otherwise I wouldn't show you ^_^

I absolutely LOVE the range of colours in their outfits! And yes, the people on each of the ends ARE guys XD

I also want to show you a photo... only Australians (And Indonesians I guess) will understand this shirt ^_^

Outfit Of The Week: Evening Dress For Those Warm Nights

Hey girls :)

Today is the beginning of the Bali Bonanza!!!!! I am sooo excited c: If you don't understand what the 'Bali Bonanza' is, then I shall leave a few dot points below just summarising what is to take place.

The Bali Bonanza is a specially themed week where all of my posts will be based on something cultural from Bali, particularly the fashion. Hope that helps :)

My first post will be the Outfit of The Week, because it's Friday :3

Since my recent visit to bali, I have experienced very warm nights. It was too warm to wear pants, but if you wore a skirt or shorts you would be exposed to mosquito bites, so the only other option is a flowing dress that is casual, yet classy at the same time.

I have two layers to my outfit, the first is a flowing chiffon layer, I concentrated more on the arms here because your arms are also important so you don't want horrible, itchy lumps on them :)

For the next layer, it concentrated more of the eye-catching pattern that will make up the main part of the outfit!

And lastly, don't forget shoes and a bag! :3

Bali Update #2

Hey girls :)

Ok so I literally leaving for the airport in about an hour so I figured I'd make one last update.

Bali is just so amazing :p The are so many things I could tell you in this post but I should probably save it for the Bali Bonanza hehe

My highlight of the holiday is definitely the culture, you'll see more of the culture in my themed posts because I think it's unique and wonderful and I just love it!


One more Kopiko update... I visited Carrefoura yesterday and I didn't actually know it was a HUGE department store. Aussies, imagine a large Bunnings Warehouse filled with food, it was kinda like that :3

I went a bit overboard with the buying of the Kopiko, although it mug be to my advantage because if I'm on a caffeine high everyday it might urge me to post more :p Well just has to wait and see ;)

So yeah... This is how many bags of Kopiko I bought. I think it's around 25 or something

 I also visited J.Co and OMG their donuts are TO DIE FOR. Instead of using wheat flour, which is more heavier, they make their donuts with rice flour (there is PLENTY of rice in Indonesia) which makes it light and gives it a fluffier taste. Nomnomnomnom

Bali Update #1

I have no idea how many updates I will be making, but I  figured I would number this one just in case I make a few more, I do have 7 days left :p


Bali is just so amazing right now. I visited the Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday and then walked th streets looking at the little shops on the side of the road. If you're it into bartering, then I would advise you not to visit the little stalls. And don't ask for the price unless you really REALLY want the item, because I wasn't sure and I asked for the price and the I changed my mind, but the stall owner thought I was going to buy it and when I left he chased me down the path while lowering his price, it's quite scary and embarrassing at the same time, but I learnt something I guess :3

You would think that its stinking hot here and that there are flies everywhere, but really only two flies have annoyed me the whole time I've been here, and those flies are the ones resting on my knee as I type this in a lounge in the Aston Bali, a resort I'm staying at in Nusa Dua. Surprisingly, the Mosquitos aren't that bad here, I haven't been bitten at all ^_^

The mini-marts have to be the highlight for me, I mean just look at what I bought below for about 120.000 Rp (which is about 12 AUD)

Blog Makeover!

Hey guys!

With the absence of Cayla and Faye, I figured I would lighten things up a bit with a complete blog make-over! woohoo c:

As of tomorrow (that's the 7th of October) I will be spending my day giving this blog a complete make-over before I go to Bali.

I can promise you that when I get back from Bali, I will make a new topic that will go on for 7 days called the 'Bali Bonanza'. In the 7 days, I will post information, cool facts, and of course fashion styles and tips about Bali! I will MOST likely have taken photos in Bali of all the fashion so I'll have heaps of inspirations and examples to show you guys!

I also want your opinion on one thing... It doesn't have to be in a comment, you can message be on Stardoll, but what do you think about this blog being not just a Stardoll blog, but having real-life fashion tips and news as well? Or maybe having Stardoll-based fashion news? Personally, I think it would be great, but I want your opinions!
